PPA Vehicle Counter is the automatic vehicle counting system using CCTV which is as accurate as Vehicle Counter with light curtain sensor. In addition to its high quality, PPA Vehicle Counter offers the low price which is approximately equal to the price of vehicle counter with a standard light sensor, and this price also includes the vehicle image recording device as well.

             PPA Vehicle Counter works as light sensor by activating when an object blocks lighting sensor, but uses CCTV as a light detector in order to allow more light to pass through. Image processing technique is also adopted for avoiding the misinterpretation caused by the rain, or the confusion of differentiating between the truck and trailer.
